I love working out but I am constantly bored and looking for something new. So when Rod told me about this training I couldn’t resist to try it out. He is a highly motivated person who never leaves anyone behind. I used to hate running but his outdoors training is a completely different experience from regular gyms. Also, I enlisted in the Army and the Strength at Work was perfect to prepare me for the Boot Camp and for the physical tests. In other words, Strength at Work was a blessing in my life. We are constantly doing something fun such as racing, snowboarding, rock climbing… I just love it!
Fitness is not an easy thing to do, if it is, everyone would do it. However, because of the benefit it can bring, the desire to have a healthy and strong body, more and more people want to practice daily. If you want to try outdoor training, I can refer you to Rod!
Strength At Work was exactly the jump start I needed to get back on track with my fitness goals. At my first session, I was not only motivated and encouraged by Rod, but by EVERYONE ELSE in the group as well! The enthusiasm and positive vibes were absolutely contagious.
